Target Information
이 유전자는 netrin 1 수용체를 암호화합니다. 이 막단백질은 세포 접착 분자의 면역글로불린 초가족에 속하며, netrin 1 리간드의 근원 방향으로 신경 성장 콘의 축삭 유도를 매개합니다. 세포질 꼬리 영역은 Src 및 focal adhesion kinase (FAK, PTK2)와 상호작용하여 축삭 유도를 조절합니다. 또한 단백질은 부분적으로 지질 뗏목에 위치하며, 리간드 부재 시 세포 사멸을 유도합니다. 종양 억제 단백질로 기능하며, 대장암 및 식도암에서 자주 돌연변이되거나 발현이 감소합니다.
