Target Information
DHRS4는 all-trans-retinal 및 9-cis retinal을 환원하며, NADP를 보조인자로 사용하여 all-trans-retinol의 산화도 촉매할 수 있습니다. 또한 alkyl phenyl ketones 및 방향족 고리를 가진 α-dicarbonyl 화합물(예: pyrimidine-4-aldehyde, 3-benzoylpyridine, 4-benzoylpyridine, menadione, 4-hexanoylpyridine)을 환원합니다. 지방족 aldehyde 및 ketone에 대해서는 활성이 없습니다.
