이 펩타이드는 인간 MTERFD3의 아미노 말단 근처 18개 아미노산에 해당합니다.
PEP-1575는 polyclonal antibody PA5-34532와 함께 blocking peptide로 사용할 수 있습니다. Western blot에서 blocking peptide로 사용할 경우, 펩타이드와 항체를 동일한 부피로 혼합하여 37ºC에서 30분간 인큐베이션합니다.

Target Information

mTERF(미토콘드리아 전사 종결 인자) 계열 단백질은 미토콘드리아 내에서 전사 종결 인자로 작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
MTERFD3는 differential display 분석을 통해 처음 확인되었으며, 주로 심장, 간, 췌장 및 골격근에서 발현됩니다.
이 단백질은 미토콘드리아 전사를 조절함으로써 세포 주기 조절 및 세포 성장에 관여하며, 혈청 억제 인자로 작용할 가능성이 있습니다.
