PEP-1572 can be used as a blocking peptide with polyclonal antibody PA5-34529.
For use as a blocking peptide in Western blot, incubate the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
Target Information
The Motile sperm domain-containing protein 1 (MOSPD1) is part of a family of proteins defined by the presence of a major sperm protein (MSP) domain and two transmembrane domains.
MOSPD1 encodes a small protein that localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and the Golgi apparatus and has been suggested to play a role in developmental regulation at the switch between mesenchymal and epithelial cells.
