Target Information
SNX27은 sorting nexin 패밀리에 속하는 단백질을 암호화하며, 이들은 세포막 수용체의 엔도사이토시스 및 단백질 수송에 관여하는 세포질 및 막 관련 단백질입니다. 모든 구성원은 phosphoinositide binding domain(PX domain)을 포함합니다. Mouse에서 유사 단백질은 serotonin 5-hydroxytryptamine 4 receptor의 특정 isoform을 early endosome으로 모집하는 역할을 하며, 인간 단백질에서도 유사한 기능을 수행할 것으로 예상됩니다.
