Target Information

IL-23는 IL-12의 p40 서브유닛과 p19 단백질이 이황화 결합된 이종이합성 사이토카인입니다. p19는 단독으로는 생물학적 활성을 가지지 않으며, IL-12Rβ1 및 IL-23R 수용체와 결합하여 STAT4 신호전달을 유도합니다. IL-23은 활성화된 수지상세포에서 분비되며, 메모리 T 세포의 증식을 유도하고 IL-17 생성에 관여합니다. 인간 IL-23은 인간 IL-12와 유사한 기능을 가지며, 메모리 T 세포의 증식과 IFN-γ 생성에 영향을 미칩니다.
