Target Information
DPP10는 dipeptidyl peptidases(DPPs)의 상동체를 인코딩하는 새로운 유전자로, 사이토카인과 케모카인에서 말단 디펩타이드를 절단하는 효소군에 속합니다. 이 단백질은 선천 면역계에서 케모카인 처리에 중심적 역할을 하는 DPP4와 유사한 S9B 계열 serine protease의 특징을 공유합니다. DPP10 유전자는 복잡한 전사체 스플라이싱 패턴을 가지며, 일부 엑손은 천식과 관련된 LD 블록 내에 위치합니다.
