• Reacts with heavy chains of human IgG and light chains common to most human immunoglobulins; minimal cross-reactivity with non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
• May cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
• Store protected from light at 4°C.
• To extend shelf-life, add equal volume of glycerol (final 50%) and store at -20°C.
• Rhodamine Amax = 550 nm; Emax = 570 nm; Fluorophore/Protein Absorbance Ratio A550/A280 ≈ 0.4 (lot-dependent).
• Reconstitute with 1.5 mL distilled water (final 1.5 mg/mL).
