Target Information
Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-3 alpha (MIP-3α), 즉 CCL20은 간, 폐, 림프절 및 말초 혈액 림프구에서 발현됩니다.
MIP-3α는 염증 신호에 의해 강하게 상향 조절되고, 항염증성 사이토카인 IL-10에 의해 하향 조절됩니다.
MIP-3α는 CCR6 수용체를 통해 신호를 전달하며, 림프구와 수지상세포의 화학주성 인자(chemoattractant)로 작용합니다.
