Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Zinc-fingers and homeobox (ZHX) proteins are transcription factors that interact with the activation domain of the A subunit of nuclear factor-Y (NF-YA).
ZHX1–3 are ubiquitously expressed and act as transcriptional repressors localized in the nucleus.
They contain two Cys(2)-His(2)-type zinc-finger motifs and five homeodomains, enabling homodimer and heterodimer formation.
Hypermethylation-mediated silencing of ZHX2 is associated with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
