USP10 (ubiquitin specific peptidase 10)는 ubiquitin-specific protease 계열의 cysteine protease로, p53/TP53, SNX3, CFTR 등의 ubiquitin-conjugated 단백질 기질에서 ubiquitin을 절단합니다.
또한 DNA에 결합된 androgen receptor(AR) 복합체의 하위 단위로 확인되었으며, p53/TP53 안정성 조절에 중요한 역할을 하는 종양 억제 단백질로 알려져 있습니다.
