- 염소, 양, 소 유래의 IgG 1차 항체 검출에 적합합니다.
- 별도의 피펫팅이나 희석 과정 없이 바로 사용 가능하며, 조직 또는 세포를 충분히 덮을 수 있도록 2~3방울 정도를 떨어뜨리면 됩니다.
Target Information
Horse anti-Goat IgG 항체는 말에게 염소 IgG를 면역하여 생산된 면역글로불린으로, 염소 IgG를 특이적으로 인식하고 결합합니다.
이 항체는 Western blot, ELISA, immunohistochemistry 등 다양한 면역분석에서 염소 유래 1차 항체를 검출하기 위한 2차 항체로 사용됩니다.
비오틴, 효소, 형광체 등의 리포터 분자와 결합되어 항원-항체 복합체의 간접 검출 및 신호 증폭에 활용됩니다. 이를 통해 저농도 타깃 단백질의 검출이 용이해집니다.
