Target Information

Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for rabbit immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit IgG targets.
Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and amplifying signal through multiple bindings to primary antibodies.
Typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled rabbit immunoglobulins, these antibodies can be further purified or modified (immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
