• Reported Applications: Flow cytometric analysis.
• Tested Applications: Flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes and human peripheral blood cells. Use at same concentration as experimental antibody.
• Brilliant Ultra Violet™ 395 (BUV395) emits at 395 nm and is intended for use with cytometers equipped with a 355 nm UV laser.
• When using multiple polymer dye-conjugated antibodies (Super Bright, Brilliant Violet™, Brilliant Ultra Violet™), use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) or Brilliant Stain Buffer™ (Product # 00-4409-75) to minimize non-specific interactions.

Target Information

Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a critical role in adaptive immunity.
It consists of two heavy and two light chains and is involved in:

• Opsonization
• Complement activation
• Antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity
• Regulation of immune responses, including T cell activation and B cell inhibition

Mouse IgG1 is used in various research and diagnostic applications such as ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry, and in therapeutic research including immunotherapy and vaccine development.
