Target Information
ZBRK1 (ZNF350)는 Kruppel-associated box-zinc finger protein (KRAB-ZFP) 계열의 전사 억제 단백질입니다.
이 단백질은 노화된 섬유아세포에서 발현이 증가하며, 종양 억제 기능을 가진 전사 조절 인자인 BRCA1과 상호작용합니다.
ZBRK1은 GADD45 유전자의 특정 서열에 결합하여 BRCA1 복합체의 형성을 돕고 전사를 억제합니다.
또한 C-말단 전사 억제 도메인(CTRD)을 통해 단백질 간 상호작용으로 고차 구조의 올리고머를 형성하여 전사 억제를 강화합니다.
