Target Information
TRIM54 단백질은 RING finger motif를 포함하며 RNF28/MURF1 및 RNF29/MURF2와 높은 유사성을 가집니다. In vitro 연구에 따르면 TRIM54, RNF28, RNF29는 헤테로다이머를 형성하여 횡문근에서 titin kinase 및 미세소관 의존 신호 경로의 조절에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있습니다. 또한 서로 다른 isoform을 인코딩하는 alternative splicing 변이체들이 보고되었습니다.
