Product Specific Information
The monoclonal antibody M1-14D12 recognizes Mouse IgG1 antibodies and can be used as a secondary reagent in flow cytometry and microscopy.
This antibody does not recognize other mouse isotypes or cross-react with rat IgG1 or other rat isotypes.
Applications Reported: Flow cytometry, immunocytochemistry, and immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin-embedded tissue).
Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells stained with a mouse IgG1 primary antibody. Recommended ≤ 0.5 µg per test (100 µL final volume). Optimal titration required.

Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with high specificity for mouse immunoglobulins.
They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins and enable versatile detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence).
Signal amplification increases sensitivity, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled mouse immunoglobulins and purified via immunoaffinity chromatography or further modified for enhanced specificity.
