Target Information
Moesin is a member of the talin-4.1 superfamily and acts as a linking protein between the submembraneous actin cytoskeleton and plasma membrane. It is expressed in macrophages, lymphocytes, fibroblastic, endothelial, epithelial, and neuronal cell lines but not in blood cells. Moesin plays a role in cell adhesion, migration, and organization of cell surface structures.
