1:1,000 희석 농도의 MA5-27563은 0.5 µg의 N-terminal arginine peptide-BSA 결합체를 ECL immunoblot 분석에서 검출하기에 충분했습니다(2차 항체: goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP).
