Target Information
CD47 (integrin-associated protein, IAP)는 세포 표면에 널리 발현되는 막관통 당단백질로, 다양한 인테그린과 상호작용하여 그 기능을 조절합니다. CD47의 결합은 G 단백질 활성화, 세포 내 칼슘 농도 증가, 세포 부착 및 신호 전달 과정에 관여합니다. 또한 thrombospondin의 C-말단 결합 도메인에 대한 수용체 역할을 하며, 세포 이동, B 세포 부착, T 세포 활성화, 연골세포의 기계적 신호 반응 조절, 신경 발달 촉진 등 다양한 생리적 과정에 영향을 미칩니다. CD47-CD172a (SIRPα) 시스템은 식세포 작용 억제 및 면역 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
