Target Information

Phosphoribosylpyrophosphate synthetase (PRS) 효소는 phosphoribosylpyrophosphate를 형성하여 퓨린 및 피리미딘 뉴클레오타이드, 히스티딘, 트립토판, NAD 합성의 기질로 작용합니다. PRS는 두 개의 촉매 소단위체와 두 개의 관련 소단위체로 구성된 복합체 형태로 존재합니다. PRPSAP2 유전자는 PRS의 비촉매성 관련 소단위체를 암호화합니다.
