Target Information
PTDSS1는 phosphatidylethanolamine(PE) 또는 phosphatidylcholine(PC)의 극성 머리 그룹을 L-serine으로 대체하는 base-exchange 반응을 촉매합니다. 막에서 주로 phosphatidylcholine을 phosphatidylserine으로 전환하며, in vitro에서는 phosphatidylethanolamine도 일부 전환합니다.
