Overview
- High-throughput analyses in ~1.5 hr — No RNA extraction or DNase inactivation required, enabling rapid and simplified workflows.
- Compatible with various cell types — Improved lysis buffer supports adherent cells, floating cells, primary cultured cells, stem cells, and iPS cells.
- Stable lysates — Storage confirmed at –20°C for at least 6 months.
- High resistance and specificity — Utilizes TB Green Fast qPCR Mix for strong resistance to PCR inhibitors and high reactivity with GC-rich targets.
Applications
- High-throughput gene expression analysis (~1.5 hr)
- RT-qPCR of stem cells (iPS, floating, adherent, primary cells, etc.)
- Analysis of high GC-content samples with high inhibitor tolerance and specificity
- Samples affected by genomic DNA contamination
