Target Information
A-Myb는 생식 조직, 일부 신경 세포, 그리고 정상 및 종양성 B 림프구의 일부에서 특정 시기에 발현됩니다.
A-Myb와 B-Myb 모두 t(14:18) 림프종 세포에서 발현되어 세포 정지 및 세포자멸 신호를 억제합니다.
B-Myb의 발현은 p21 매개 p53 유도 G1기 정지를 억제하며, A-Myb는 bcl-2 프로모터를 활성화하여 Bcl-2 발현을 증가시킴으로써 항-아포토시스 인자로 작용합니다.
