Product Specific Information
- Reconstitute antibody with 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW).
- Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.

GPR65 (TDAG8)는 G protein coupled receptor superfamily에 속하는 막단백질로, 337개의 아미노산을 가지며 mouse homolog와 7개의 transmembrane domain에서 90% 유사성, 81% 동일성을 보입니다.
3개의 N-linked glycosylation site를 가지며, lymphoid organ 및 cancer tissue에서 주로 발현됩니다. T-cell hybridoma의 활성화 유도 세포사 과정에서 발현이 증가합니다.
4.5 kb 및 1.8 kb 크기의 두 가지 주요 transcript가 peripheral blood leukocytes에서 발견되며, proton-sensing receptor로 기능합니다.
GPR65는 adenylyl cyclase 및 psychosine과 결합하며, 면역학적 자가내성 확립에 관여합니다. 또한 RhoA 활성화 및 actin 재배열을 통한 세포 변형 과정에 역할을 합니다.
