- Mouse anti-Pig CD25, clone K231.3B2 recognizes porcine CD25, the alpha chain of the interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2Rα), also known as the low-affinity interleukin-2 receptor.

CD25 (IL2 receptor alpha chain / IL2RA)는 T 및 B 림프구의 증식에 관여하는 사이토카인 수용체의 α사슬입니다.
IL2RA, IL2RB, IL2RG로 구성된 고친화성 IL-2 수용체 복합체를 형성하며, IL2 신호전달을 통해 세포 성장, 분화, 세포사멸 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
IL-2는 주로 성숙한 T 세포에 의해 생산되며, B 세포 증식 촉진, NK 세포 활성 증가, 과립구-대식세포 집락 형성 억제 등의 기능을 수행합니다.
유전자 결손 시 면역 반응 이상과 관련된 질환이 보고되었습니다.
