Target Information
DAAM2는 세포 극성, 수렴 확장 및 침윤 조절에 관여하는 planar cell polarity (PCP) 신호 전달 분자로, formin homology 계열에 속합니다. DAD, FH1, FH2, GBD/FH3 도메인을 포함하며, 세포 분열에 관여합니다. 정확한 기능은 아직 명확하지 않지만, DAAM1과 유사하여 Wnt/Fz 신호 전달 및 Rho 활성화, 세포골격 구조 조절에 관련된 것으로 보고됩니다. 대부분의 조직에서 발현되며, 특히 뇌에서 높은 발현 수준을 보입니다.
