Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PAK4 is a serine/threonine p21-activating kinase involved in actin cytoskeleton reorganization and filopodia formation.
It belongs to the second group of PAK proteins (PAK4, 5, and 6), which are not activated by Cdc42/Rac binding.
PAK4 plays essential roles in embryonic viability, neuronal development, and tumor cell growth, contributing to cancer prosurvival pathways.
