Anti-ALPHA-1-ANTI-TRYPSIN은 monospecific antiserum으로부터 정제된 IgG 분획 항체입니다.
정제 과정에는 delipidation, salt fractionation, ion exchange chromatography 및 buffer에 대한 광범위한 dialysis 과정이 포함됩니다.
면역전기영동 분석에서 anti-Goat Serum 및 정제된 a1-Anti-Trypsin (Human Plasma)에 대해 단일 침전 아크를 형성하였습니다.
다른 종의 a1-Anti-Trypsin에 대한 교차 반응성은 알려져 있지 않습니다.
Target Information
Alpha-1-Antitrypsin (Alpha-1-AT)은 간에서 합성되며, trypsin, elastase, chymotrypsin, collagenase, leucocytic proteases, plasmin, thrombin 등의 protease를 억제하는 역할을 합니다.
Alpha-1-AT 결핍 시 이러한 효소들이 폐 실질을 분해하여 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환(폐기종) 및 간경변, 신생아 호흡곤란증을 유발할 수 있습니다.
Alpha-1-AT의 증가는 조직 괴사 및 염증에 대한 급성기 반응으로 나타나며, 류머티즘 관절염, 세균 감염, 혈관염, 암종증 등에서 혈청 농도가 상승합니다.
