Target Information
Integrins는 세포 표면에 존재하는 중요한 세포외기질(ECM) 수용체 단백질입니다. 이들은 α 및 β 소단위체로 구성된 이형이량체로, 약 22종의 다양한 조합이 존재합니다. Integrins는 일반적으로 세포 표면에 높은 농도로 존재하지만, 개별 결합 친화도가 낮아 ECM과 효과적으로 결합하기 위해 군집화(clustering)가 필요합니다. Integrins는 laminin을 포함한 다양한 ECM 리간드와 결합하며, ECM 결합을 담당하는 큰 N-말단 세포외 도메인과 세포골격 및 신호전달 기능을 매개하는 작은 C-말단 세포질 도메인으로 구성됩니다.
