Insulin-like growth factor-II mRNA-binding protein-3 (IMP-3)은 K homology domain-containing protein overexpressed in cancer (KOC) 및 L523S로도 알려져 있으며, insulin-like growth factor-II mRNA-binding protein 패밀리에 속합니다.
이 단백질은 배아 발생기 동안 및 일부 악성 종양에서 발현됩니다. IMP-3는 양성 모반에서는 발현되지 않지만 악성 흑색종에서는 높은 비율로 발현되며, 종양의 진행 및 생물학적 행동 조절에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 보입니다.
