Target Information
Anillin 유전자는 세포 성장, 이동, 세포분열(cytokinesis)에 관여하는 액틴 결합 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 podocyte의 액틴 세포골격 역학을 조절하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 돌연변이는 focal segmental glomerulosclerosis 8과 관련이 있습니다. 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 다양한 이소폼을 생성합니다.
