Product Specific Information
- Rehydrate with 1.1 mL of deionized water and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve.
- Centrifuge to remove particulates.
- Prepare fresh working dilution daily.
- Shelf life: 1 year from date of receipt.
- No reactivity observed to non-immunoglobulin mouse serum immunoglobulins, human IgG, or serum proteins.
Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified reagents with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins.
Secondary antibodies amplify signal sensitivity as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
They are typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and purified via immunoaffinity chromatography or conjugation methods to achieve high specificity.
