Target Information
SKI8 is a component of the PAF and SKI complex, which includes SKI2, SKI3, and SKI8. These complexes are involved in transcriptional regulation and downstream RNA synthesis events. Interaction of the SKI complex with SKI7 links it to the exosome to facilitate mRNA degradation.
