Target Information
Ki-67는 세포 주기 동안 다양한 단계에서 발현되는 핵 단백질로, 특히 G1, S, G2 및 M 단계에서 활발히 나타납니다. 이 단백질은 euchromatin, centromeric heterochromatin, nucleolus 등과 결합하며, 세포 증식 마커로 널리 사용됩니다. G0 단계에서는 발현되지 않으며, G1부터 유사분열까지 지속적으로 증가합니다. Ki-67 항체는 종양 조직에서 세포 성장 분율을 측정하는 데 유용하며, 낮은 Ki-67 지수는 저등급 종양과 상관관계가 높습니다. 신경세포의 증식 및 세포주기 연구에도 활용됩니다.
