Target Information

Delta-like protein 1 (DLL1) is a transmembrane protein characterized by epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like repeats. It is a ligand for the Notch receptor. DLL1 blocks the differentiation of progenitor cells into the B-cell lineage while promoting the emergence of a population of cells with characteristics of T-cell/NK-cell precursors.
