Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 60% cross-reactivity with recombinant human TCCR is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
In mice, CD4+ helper T-cells differentiate into type 1 (Th1) and type 2 (Th2) cells, which are critical for cell-mediated and antibody responses, respectively.
Th1 differentiation is influenced by IL12, while IL4 drives Th2 differentiation.
Deficiency in these cytokines, receptors, or transcription factors results in impaired Th1/Th2 responses.
The gene encodes a glycosylated transmembrane protein similar to mouse T-cell cytokine receptor TCCR.
Diseases associated with IL27RA include Hyper IgE Recurrent Infection Syndrome 4 and Crisponi/Cold-Induced Sweating Syndrome 2.
