- In direct ELISAs, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IRTA3, IRTA4, and IRTA5 is observed.
- Less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IRTA1 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
Fc receptor homolog 5 (FcRH5), also known as IRTA2, is a transmembrane protein homologous to classical Fc receptor families. It acts as an activating or inhibitory receptor on specific B cell populations and is involved in B-cell development and differentiation in peripheral lymphoid organs. FcRH5 expression is deregulated in multiple myeloma and Burkitt lymphoma cell lines with 1q21 abnormalities, suggesting a potential role in B-cell lymphoma pathogenesis.
