The Human Stem Cell Lineage Differentiation Package, Mini, contains the key components required for the differentiation of stem cells into various cell lineages.

The package contains the following two vials:

• 10 μg Human VEGF-165 (Cat. No. 100-20-10UG)
• 10 μg Human TGF-beta 1 (Cat. No. 100-21C-10UG)
• 10 μg Human/Mouse/Rat Activin A (Cat. No. 120-14E-10UG)

VEGF-165 is a vascular endothelial growth factor that has been shown to be the fundamental regulator in the cell signaling of angiogenesis.

TGF-beta 1 is a polypeptide member of the transforming growth factor beta superfamily of cytokines. It helps regulate proliferation, differentiation, adhesion, and migration in many cell types. Many cells have TGF-beta receptors, and the protein positively and negatively regulates many other growth factors.

Activins are dimeric growth and differentiation factors that belong to the transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) superfamily of related signaling proteins.
