The Human Stem Cell Lineage Differentiation Package contains the key components required for the differentiation of stem cells into various cell lineages.

The package contains the following three vials:

• 100 μg Human VEGF-165 (Cat. No. 100-20-100UG)
• 100 μg Human TGF-beta 1 (Cat. No. 100-21C-100UG)
• 100 μg Human/Mouse/Rat Activin A (Cat. No. 120-14E-100UG)

VEGF-165 is a vascular endothelial growth factor that has been shown to be the fundamental regulator in the cell signaling of angiogenesis.

TGF-beta 1 is a polypeptide member of the transforming growth factor beta superfamily of cytokines. It helps regulates proliferation, differentiation, adhesion, and migration in many cell types. Many cells have TGF beta receptors, and the protein positively and negatively regulates many other growth factors.

Activins are dimeric growth and differentiation factors that belong to the transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) superfamily of related signaling proteins.
