Target Information

TNPO3는 importin beta/transportin 계열의 핵 수입 수용체로, SR 단백질로 알려진 필수 스플라이싱 인자와 결합합니다. 이 결합은 RS 도메인이 인산화되었을 때만 발생합니다. TNPO3는 HIV 의존 인자로도 확인되었으며, TNPO3의 결핍은 역전사 이후 통합 전 단계에서 HIV 억제를 유도합니다. 따라서 TNPO3는 HIV 치료의 잠재적 약물 표적이 될 수 있습니다. TNPO3의 최소 세 가지 isoform이 알려져 있습니다.
