Product Specific Information
IL-27R (WSX-1)은 65–70 kDa 단백질로, 비장, 림프절 및 말초혈액 백혈구(CD4+, CD8+ T 세포, 단핵구, DCs, NK 세포 등)와 같은 림프조직에서 높게 발현됩니다.
Target Information
마우스에서 CD4+ helper T 세포는 Th1 및 Th2 세포로 분화하며, 각각 세포매개 면역과 항체 반응에 중요합니다. Th1 세포 분화는 주로 IL12의 영향을 받고, Th2 세포는 IL4의 영향을 받습니다. 이러한 사이토카인 또는 수용체 결핍 시 Th1/Th2 면역 반응이 손상됩니다. 본 유전자는 마우스 TCCR과 아미노산 수준에서 유사한 단백질을 암호화하며, 당화된 막단백질로 예측됩니다. IL27RA 관련 질환으로는 Hyper IgE Recurrent Infection Syndrome 4 및 Crisponi/Cold-Induced Sweating Syndrome 2가 보고되어 있습니다.
