Product Specific Information

• Each lot’s sensitivity is confirmed using ELISA.
• Specificity verified by immunoelectrophoresis (IEP).
• Rehydrate with 1.1 mL of deionized water and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve (product overfilled to ensure complete recovery).
• Centrifuge to remove particulates.
• Prepare fresh working dilution daily.
• Store lyophilized material at 2–8°C.
• For long-term storage after reconstitution, dilute with 50% glycerol and store at -20°C as a liquid.
• Based on IEP, no reactivity to non-immunoglobulin human serum proteins or light chains on all human immunoglobulins.

Target Information

Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target.
Secondary antibodies provide versatility for multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhance sensitivity via signal amplification.
Typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, these antibodies may be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) to yield highly specific reagents.
