Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Von Willebrand factor (vWf) is a glycoprotein synthesized in endothelial cells and megakaryocytes.
The monomeric vWf unit has a molecular mass of 225 kDa and binds to circulating factor VIIIc (antihemophilic factor), stabilizing it and playing a crucial role in normal primary haemostasis.
