Target Information
AMOT (Angiomotin)은 angiostatin 결합 단백질 계열에 속하며, 보존된 coiled-coil 도메인과 C-말단 PDZ 결합 모티프를 특징으로 합니다.
AMOT은 ARHGAP17과 복합체를 형성하여 극성 단백질의 tight junction 내 흡수를 조절함으로써 세포 극성 유지에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
주로 모세혈관 및 태반의 혈관 내피세포에서 발현되며, angiostatin의 혈관 형성 억제 효과 및 성장인자 유도 내피세포 이동 조절에 관여합니다.
