For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

LIN7B plays a key role in establishing and maintaining asymmetric distribution of channels and receptors at the plasma membrane of polarized cells.
It forms membrane-associated multiprotein complexes regulating protein delivery and recycling to correct membrane domains.
The complex of LIN7 (LIN7A, LIN7B, or LIN7C), CASK, and APBA1 may couple synaptic vesicle exocytosis to cell adhesion in the brain.
LIN7B ensures proper localization of GRIN2B (NMDA receptor subunit 2B) to postsynaptic density and may assist in localizing synaptic vesicles via β-catenin and cadherin.
It is required for localization of Kir2 channels, GABA transporter (SLC6A12), and EGFR/ERBB family members (ERBB1–4) to the basolateral membrane of epithelial cells.
Additionally, it may enhance ACCN3 acid-evoked currents by stabilizing the channel at the cell surface.
