Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
Guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins) function as modulators or transducers in various transmembrane signaling systems. The beta and gamma chains are essential for GTPase activity, GDP/GTP exchange, and G protein-effector interaction. GNG10 interacts with beta-1 and beta-2 subunits, but not with beta-3.
