PEP-1603은 polyclonal antibody PA5-34560과 함께 블로킹 펩타이드로 사용할 수 있습니다. Western blot에서 블로킹 펩타이드로 사용할 때는 펩타이드와 항체를 동일한 부피로 혼합하여 37°C에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.

Target Information

NRAS (GTPase NRas)은 골지체와 세포막 사이를 이동하는 막 단백질로, ZDHHC9-GOLGA7 복합체에 의해 팔미토일화 및 탈팔미토일화 과정을 통해 조절됩니다. 이 단백질은 고유한 GTPase 활성을 가지며, GTPase activating protein에 의해 GTP 결합 형태로 활성화되고, guanine nucleotide-exchange factor에 의해 GDP 결합 형태로 비활성화됩니다. 해당 유전자의 결함은 juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML) 및 Noonan syndrome 6의 원인이 될 수 있습니다.
