PEP-1604 can be used as a blocking peptide with polyclonal antibody PA5-34561.
For use as a blocking peptide in Western blot, incubate the peptide with an equal volume of antibody for 30 minutes at 37°C.

The protein encoded by this gene mediates transcriptional control by interacting with the activation function 2 (AF2) region of several nuclear receptors, including estrogen, retinoic acid, and vitamin D3 receptors.
It localizes to nuclear bodies and is associated with chromatin and heterochromatin-related factors.
This protein belongs to the tripartite motif (TRIM) family, which includes three zinc-binding domains (a RING, a B-box type 1, and a B-box type 2) and a coiled-coil region.
Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene.
