Target Information
Three different forms of human pancreatic procarboxypeptidase A have been identified. The encoded protein represents the A2 form, a monomeric protein with distinct biochemical properties from A1 and A3. The A2 form acts on aromatic C-terminal residues and is secreted as a protein.
